Why monthly instead of a one-off payment?
Pay once and you're still on the hook for hosting, security and updates yourself, one way or another. The monthly fee covers all of it, so there's no separate invoice waiting for you later.
Do I own my domain and content?
Yes. We register and pay for your domain as part of getting you set up, but it's registered in your name, so it's yours from day one. Your content is yours too, always.
What counts as a minor change?
Text edits, photo swaps, updated hours or pricing. New pages or new functionality get a separate quote first, so you're never surprised by an invoice.
Can I cancel?
Yes, anytime. Every plan is month-to-month from the start, no minimum term. Tell us you're cancelling and we'll either take the site down straight away or leave it live until your current billing period ends, whichever you'd rather.
Do you work with businesses outside South Africa?
Yes. We're based in South Africa and work with clients anywhere. Prices here convert automatically as a guide, and we confirm final billing currency with you directly.
